This has been a many month adventure. I have had to have the back cushion of my chair redone three times and the third time the shape was correct but they used the 14yo fill instead of new fill. Last night I discovered the piping on the front of the chair is falling off. While they are more than happy to come and make repairs, in my humble opinion the volume of repairs required is unacceptable.
