I hired Designs by Sundown last spring to perform monthly maintenance at my (very small) property, with the expectation that the crew will consistently show up monthly, as agreed, and my yard (as small as it is) will look presentable all season. Working with Designs by Sundown over the past few years has been an amazingly positive experience. Their staff is not only helpful but also extremely friendly. They have awesome business to business relations and Jessica has been a rock star!
We have used DBS for our last two residential landscape projects and couldn't be more pleased with the overall process and end result. The designer worked with us and brought our ideas to reality. The crews that worked on each project were hard working, punctual, courteous, and are truly skilled craftsmen. I have had extensive work done by Sundown over the past year and a half and now am on a maintenance plan. While the quality of the work has been very good and am pleased with the outcome, I have been very disappointed in the communication, coordination and follow up during the whole process. Designs by Sundown was amazing!! We loved the whole process!! We sat down with fabulous designers ( Kevin and Nathan) and told them what we were looking for and some price ranges... they came back with many options and gorgeous graphic designs that were so precise they even had the shading in there. We have hired DBS for two different landscaping projects. Both times, they executed our ideas perfectly. Though expensive, their high level of expertise and attention to detail made it worth the price. We also use their services for year-round yard and outdoor maintenance. Again, they are consummate professionals in all areas.
