EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The flower arrangement was BEAUTIFUL and clearly Lorraine takes great pride in her work as I received pictures of the arrangement, front and back, and confirmation that it was DELIVERED. I've never received anything like this previously from any florist. I'm always wondering if it was delivered, what it looked like, and if it even remotely resembled what we discussed or photos from website. EXCEEDED expectations and would highly recommend. I cant Begin to express how gorgeous the flowers for my daughter’s communion were. Stunning, the most incredible variety, better than i could have hoped for. I insist if you live in the metro west area (and beyond) and need flowers done, drive up 109 in millis right on Medfield border and order form Lorraine. Thank you again!

Love this florist! I found here on Google and so glad I gave Lorraine a call. She's located down the street from my Aunt's house and I've ordered 3 or 4 arrangements from her. Lorraine is friendly, professional and very helpful. I give her the color scheme and my budget and she takes it from there and I'm always wowed! Lorraine sends me a text to confirm delivery as well as attaching pictures of the flowers which is such a nice touch! I highly recommend!
Lorraine was incredibly helpful and sincere. I called after hours to have a funeral arrangement sent for services the next day and she answered the phone and helped me personally. I requested a plant/flower arrangement that the family could take home, she went beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend Lorraine for her outstanding customer service and high quality products...what a blessing as an out of town client to have had this experience.
