Positive: they are amazing in home design Negative: terrible in execution! Just a quick breakdown on my experience. Had small cosmetic remodel including a small bar, kitchen ceiling wood beams and a pillar. Built a budget of $50k. Was told that it would take 5 weeks… Managing their sub contractors was just a nightmare as no one was ever showing up and when they did was only for 1 or 2 hours.
