OUTSTANDING! My wedding band had a diamond that got loose. I stopped by the store, they actually have an in-house jeweler that performs repairs right there. WOW, great experience. I entered the store, I was introduced to the jeweler, she looked at my ring, and gave me a GREAT repair quote. I left it there, got it a week later (as I was out of town) and it looked like NEW! Design worked on my engagment ring after the original (local) business would not. Only for a major up charge. I need the head mount fixed and all my bands (from another business) sodered. Their pricing, customer service, communication, craft and timeless have been exceptional. I have been back for more work because of maintenance for my ring. I will choose Design again and again. Thank you Deisgn, I hope you are still around when we decide to create our own rights from scratch years down the road.
My go to jeweler in La Crosse for over 10 years. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Quick to offer a complimentary service (eg. watch deep clean) to frequent customers. Plus, I love the aesthetic building.
