Places of joke drove all the way to Lacrosse this morning and the door was locked so I thought maybe they were just out at lunch so I waited at least 2 hours still door locked nobody answers any phones drove all the way for nothing
went there to get my engagement ring appraised and was met by who seemed to be a lead staff member with attitude immediately. saw my receipt for the ring was from online and began telling me how people get scammed all the time with a negative attitude. questioned me about the materials of my ring and she went and “checked” it and basically told me it was fake and we got scammed. took it to another jeweler who then said she was wrong—she was extremely rude about the situation, rushed the processes, and made us worry for no re... read more

OUTSTANDING! My wedding band had a diamond that got loose. I stopped by the store, they actually have an in-house jeweler that performs repairs right there. WOW, great experience. I entered the store, I was introduced to the jeweler, she looked at my ring, and gave me a GREAT repair quote. I left it there, got it a week later (as I was out of town) and it looked like NEW!
