Alanna has a fantastic skill to balance deep tissue with swedish for a perfect blend of working out the kinks and relaxing. The sauna is a great way to bid your time waiting for the float tank. And the float tank... divine. Absolutely divine. I can't wait to do it again!

Fantastic place. Very clean and peaceful! Loved the massage. Worked out all my tense areas.
I did a 90 minute session in the float tank wow what an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend everyone try this out.
Floating was amazing. And the massage was too! I will be back for sure.
