Portico Perfection!! After buying our forever home a few years ago, it was finally time to remodel the front. We had a boring colonial trim in the front with no coverage over the porch. I would give zero stars but it makes you at least give one star. Do not use them they will take forever to finish the job. I believe they are running a Ponzi scheme of a company, or at least that is what it appears to be with the amount of work they are getting done around here. It seems like they used our money to get their bigger clients' jobs done and not our job. The amount of work they have finish in the past five months could have been done in 4 or 5 weeks. We're excited to for with Design 1st builders!
Beware as follow up with issues just a few years later are not addressed. Getting a follow up phone call or response is very difficult.
Our family room and kitchen needed a paint refresh and pictures hing and along installing 2 new doors. We contacted Keith Lukes and he gave us a quote for everything. The quote explained everything to us line by line. The painter, Maurice, came everyday on time and always cleaned up before leaving. The carpenter made sure the doors were hung plumb and the pictures centered over our couches.
