Design first did a really great job building a wheelchair accessible ramp at my parents home. They were fast, efficient and the quality of the work is very good.
We love the design and end result of our renovation, but would not work with or recommend Design First due to repeated communication issues and delays throughout the process. While the designer, Noah, was excellent, interactions after signing the contract became frustrating— subsequent meetings required PTO, communication was slow and inconsistent, and project updates via their app were often late or confusing. Design First Builders recently painted several rooms in my home and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. From start to finish the process was smooth and informative. Mo was professional and did an amazing job painting our rooms and creating a special space for our new born daughter. Couldn't recommend more.
They were BEYOND EXCELLENT! The scope, the design, the quality of work, the detail and the finished product. We had our WHOLE kitchen gutted and transformed into a MASTER PIECE!
