Going to give them a chance to make this a higher rating. We had 2 jobs with them. The kitchen went ok. Probably a B-B+. Craftsmanship details were fair to poor - things not straight (built in framing for refrigerator, sink in granite countertops (still not straight). Their in-house cabinets are for crap. Scratch and dent and no way to repair them. They were supposed to come and take the doors back and fix them, but here we are 3 years later and still nothing. One of the ways that i rate a company is how they back up their work. Ive used Design First twice and spent a lot of money with them. They are worth every dollar spent. They fixed my problem immediately. Special shout out to Asia and Adam for helping a senior. Thanks for your help!
We loved working with Design first! We are very happy with our kitchen project and enjoyed working with Matt. He was very easy to communicate with and we felt we were guided through the process well and kept up to date with plans. Will use design first again for future projects.
