Cheapest quality materials, poor craftsmanship, everything is sub contracted to other companies, just all around horrific experience with this company.

Back in 2023 we used Design First for a complete remodeling of our kitchen and the entire basement (down to the studs all around). We were very pleased with their work on that project. Then, in 2025, we had a leak in our roof which completely destroyed one of our bathrooms. We called Design First to do that project as well. As before, Design First were great to work with.
