We got our landscaping done 3 years ago and originally left a 5 star review, as Rudy and team were fine to work with and the initial installation was okay. However, the durability of the work long term has led me to change our review. We have had to make numerous modifications and changes to the sprinkler system they installed and large parts of our center grass keep dying despite us running the sprinklers every day. Rudy is a pleasant and fairly easy to work with. The concrete job was decent but not flawless. It cracked within a week outside the control joints and remains unaddressed over a month after pouring. My main issue is the concrete splatter on the house and at the edge of the steps against the house, which is impossible to remove.
We called Rudy to get an estimate. He arrived 20 minutes earlier than we had agreed on the appointment. He is very punctual and very polite. He always had a smile on his face when he was talking to us. Since we had called a few companies that didn't show up, they just wasted my time. I hope we can work with your company on our project. It's a pleasure doing business with you. I am very happy that you have decided to build my backyard.
Ruby did a Fantastic Landscaping. Great and Efficient in completing the job. Very classic finishes and Cost Effective. I highly recommend him!!
Ruby did a wonderful job with concrete and planting trees, but they didn't finish the firepit. They installed the gas line and built the firepit shell, which is hollowed inside. I thought they would do the complete service when they provided the estimate, but Ruby said they didn't finish the inside. I am still not sure what they mean.
