We have had several dealings with Sue. One worked, but the last one was a nightmare and showed the true colors of this place. She has a large product line, and had provided the original flooring which was uv faded when we bought the house in 2012. That should have tipped me off. We spent over $4000+ on installed flooring in two rooms with a finish so soft, a piece of cardboard will scuff/scratch it. Even the installers commented on how fragile the finish was.
