We have had several dealings with Sue. One worked, but the last one was a nightmare and showed the true colors of this place. She has a large product line, and had provided the original flooring which was uv faded when we bought the house in 2012. That should have tipped me off. We spent over $4000+ on installed flooring in two rooms with a finish so soft, a piece of cardboard will scuff/scratch it. Even the installers commented on how fragile the finish was. After spending a lot of time and energy figuring out what we wanted, they wouldn't get back to us with a quote. After about a month she finally returned our ignored calls and said she misplaced our file.
The person who helped me was patient and accommodating. He answered my questions without condescension. The selection was spectacular and there were beautiful samples.
