Very customer service! Canceled on us the day we needed moving. Driver had an emergency was promised they would send someone else to us. Never saw anyone and not even a phone call. We are 75 years old and had to call in neighbors to help. Will not recommend them !

Absolutely terrible customer service. Used this mover (Now Happy Jacks Moving) 6 months ago and they broke one our mirrors. They took the mirror saying that they would have the glass replaced and return the repaired mirror to us. They have since done nothing to repair the mirror and started to screen any calls from my wife and I if we called to try and get the mirror back. Today Don decided to scream at my wife over the phone after she called on a friend's phone to try and get an answer on where the mirror is and get it back... read more

We used Designers Choice Moving to load up a Pack Rat shipping container for us for a long distance move. They arrived on time and were very pleasant. They were very efficient and got the container loaded quickly. I was concerned about everything fitting, but they were able to fit everything in and I even had some space left! I purchased moving pads to pad the furniture, and they were excellent in making sure it was wrapped and protected well. They did a fantastic job, moving our piano, and all the supplies and tools needed, and they even had extra padding to make sure they didn’t scratch up the walls and door, and I really appreciate it, and how careful they were with it!
