Hunter and his team are seriously incredible! We had an unexpected flooring emergency with a really tight turnaround, and they jumped right in without hesitation and absolutely killed it. Hunter did a great job helping us with our wool carpet stair runner in Park City. The quality is excellent, he followed up and followed through at a fair price - great customer service!
Jeff is a great coordinator and his workers did a really good job moving furniture and pulling our rugs back (had small flood) and they guy came out 4 days later and stretched the carpet. They replaced some of the pad too and you can't tell anything happened. I recommend these guys highly....
This was such a phenomenal experience, I don't even know where to begin. I live in Texas, but have short term rentals in Park City. Finding help out there is ROUGH. Even when I can find willing help, it takes months to make things happen. I purchased one of several properties, but the floor was in horrible shape. Lot's of outdated carpet, etc. I had one room at a second property as well I was looking to get replaced. I called about 5 local contractors. Two never showed. We re-carpeted our entire downstairs (about 294 square yards). Specialty Flooring & Design did an amazing job. No seams are visible at all and the stairs are all very tight and well-done. They moved all the furniture and returned it to exactly the same place, including a very heavy pool table.
