When it sounds too good to be true sometimes it isn't. Searched far and wide for someone to reupholster my parsons dinning chairs. I got responses from "if it not an antique then don't bother" to "no problem. that will be $350 per chair and I'll need 3 weeks". I was about to give up the search but I figured I'd look in the Bethesda area even though in my mind Bethesda means $$$. I called a number of places for quotes on my custom drapery but Designer Workroom just seemed to be the top line.. Madame You has a straight forward approach that I found positive. I am not the type to do such an "extravagant" thing as to get "custom drapes" but my odd sized windows plus the drafts coming from them forced my hand. When I had tried to source pre-made drapes I came to know the prices pretty well...I don't think I could have beat her prices even with pre-made curtains. Designer Workroom did an gorgeous job on our window coverings for 4 huge windows in our beach house. I enjoyed working with Madame You on ideas to bring our rooms to life with custom curtains. She is very professional and experienced and I look forward to working with her in the future. Her ideas were great and love the end result. We went away for vacation and came home to beautiful new blinds, curtains and pillows for the bedroom. I highly recommend her and her team!

I had my window seat cushion made with Designer Workroom and am overall very satisfied with the service. The owner presented me the options in a calm and knowledgeable manner and the end-product is very good quality. My window seat is totally comfy with the down top. Thank you!!

This place is so amazing! My wife and I went to meet Madame Your not really knowing what we wanted, just that we needed a long cushion for a bench we had stuck at home. Madame was very helpful, she did assist us right away! The only "bad" thing. It was hard to find this place, only because they have no actuall huge sign. (well, I hope this is not a real problem, because I have been in need of glasses lately, but I think it would help to be a little bigger) Highly recommended!
