I've taken two suits here to be altered. The man is an absolute wizard with a needle. Both times he didn't even measure me, just had me put the suit I needed altered on, looked me up and down, and told me he could have it done in a week. Both times they came back on time and fitting like a glove. There's a few reviews mentioning poor customer service. I didn't experience that at all. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Largest selection of different types of suits. The 2 big box stores in town had 2. Half the price too. The owner is the greatest! Went the extra mile for me. What stores used to be. Cannot recommend enough!
I been their customer for over 5 years and brought more the 13+ suit, I used to suggest my friends and family to go and shop there but two months ago I ordered 3 piece suit and paid full amount for the pants adjustment. It’s been more then 2 months haven’t got any respond neither a call. So I end up calling them and they said them haven’t got my suit instead suggested me to Grab another one and have to pay for the adjustment which I did pay in previous. If you need a stylish suit for a good price, this is the place to go. My husband walked out with the perfect suit, tailored and all, in about 15 minutes. Great, friendly customer service as well!
