The shutters and blinds are great, just what we wanted.
I had ordered from this company previously before they were bought by current owners. My first experience was great, Shutters looked great. Delivery on time, price great, customer service great. This time around, it has been a disaster. 7 weeks and still going. No one in their office returns calls. Took repeated calls to get any information on when they were to be installed. Told 4 weeks, now into week 7. Installation scheduled for today between 9 and 11; they called at 10 to cancel with no explanation. Very dissatisfied. At... read more
They saved the day for my daughter's baby shower. I had put off getting shutters not realizing how long they took to get installed. They came in and delivered a beautiful product in less than 2 weeks and the price was great. Everyone at the shower loved how they finished off my house.
