I would strongly caution anyone considering Designer Pool by Ace. While this company may have high ratings online, our actual experience did not reflect that level of service or professionalism. Communication was a major issue throughout the process. Jessica was often unreachable and did not return calls in a timely manner. The owner, Craig, never came out to personally inspect the pool, oversee the work, or ensure that the project was completed correctly. Stay away from this company! Many high rated reviews are fake (friends, employees, family). They are under investigation by the NC State Contractors Board and NC Electrical Board currently, and to no surprise as this isn’t the first time. They do subpar work, fail to meet code and have moral and integrity issues to say the least. Save yourself the headache and run now.
