Horrible Accountant. Very rude and snarkly on the phone when I questioned their invoice because they were charging ridiculous amounts. They will up price on you and lie about the charges. I was told $65 per visit but was not told I will be getting charge $135 for 2 people to come add chemicals. Then then adding hours they did not stay for. You need to ask a very descriptive detail of what they are charging if you dont, theyre taking your money.

In-store employees seem to want to help, but not very knowledgeable. Calls for service were never returned over many years of trying.
Horrible service. Never returns calls or finishes jobs.
