Why would anyone buy here. We know very little about hot tubs, but are interested in buying one.when we walk in the door no one came to greet us. Then their sales team seemed totally disinterested AT ALL. NOT ANYTHING. Had to ask to see a brochure. Still no help. If this is how they act when you come in the door, imagine the kind of service you'd receive if you needed it on your hot tub. We'll look elsewhere, thank you!
I had ordered and paid for a new hot tub lid for my spa. I was told it would be in and delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. At eight weeks, I contacted them and they Told me it should be in within a week. Two weeks later still no information. I called Designor Pools and was told they would contact the company to see what the delay was and would call me back within one day. Three days later still no phone call and no response when I called to speak with the manager, he was unavailable. I am again awaiting a phone call from the manager.... read more
We had nothing but the best experience with Designer Pools. Everything from the planning through final construction was made easy by Norry and his crew. The installation crew was professional. Kim has been very responsive to any pool care advice we have needed, and the staff at the Jamestown store have been especially helpful with water testing and recommendations. We couldn’t be any happier with the final outcome and have been enjoying our new pool all summer long!
Needed chemicals to clear up our pool. Took in a water Sample, and they know exactly what we need!
What a great experience with our backyard pool project! I couldn’t ask for a more great bunch of people to work with and investment my hard earned money with. They took care of all my needs and answered all my questions! From Norry meeting me before hours on a Saturday morning to Kim at pool school to Andy at the store this company is AAAA++++
