My 13 pound dog was being groomed by Becca at the Westerville location on May 15th, 2024. I get a call that Becca cut his paw during the groom, so they bandaged him up and recommended bringing him to the vet. When I pick him up, I asked for a discount on the groom given the injury and they said no but will pay for vet bills.
