Can I just say...the way you treated my sister tonight who was stranded with a broken down car, no phone and in in dire straights...was DEPLORABLE!! You couldn't even help out a woman in need just to use your bathroom...and you wouldn't let her in! Only one word for that, SHAMEFUL!!
