I was on my way to get 3 documents color scanned to a Flash Drive when I saw their building. I knew they could do this small task. A gentleman came to the counter (I’m sorry I did not catch his name) and explained to him that I went to a UPS store twice and they messed it up twice. Without hesitation this gentleman had me explain exactly what I needed. He scanned my documents, verified they were correct, and did not charge me. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE.
