I was on my way to get 3 documents color scanned to a Flash Drive when I saw their building. I knew they could do this small task. A gentleman came to the counter (I’m sorry I did not catch his name) and explained to him that I went to a UPS store twice and they messed it up twice. Without hesitation this gentleman had me explain exactly what I needed. He scanned my documents, verified they were correct, and did not charge me. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Designer graphics has always delivered great product. Tamara Tapasco is top notch! with great customer service and even though I placed a last minute order she made sure it was delivered in a timely manner. 5 Star!!!!!!!
