Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Besides Paul's incredible craftsmanship, all his staff are very knowledgeable. We had an extremely nice experience and will be returning!
Such a nice experience with Designer Gold this afternoon. They changed a very tricky watch battery on the spot ($17). They even took the extra step and verified the old battery was the problem. I'll surely be back!
