I have worked at jewelry stores in Hanover and Woodstock, and while both places were owned by kind and wonderful people, I can tell you for certain that Paul Gross of DG is an amazing artist who makes his jewelry entirely from scratch. He doesn't send others' jewelry to a caster to have it copied, and he doesn't solder a bunch of prefab parts together. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Besides Paul's incredible craftsmanship, all his staff are very knowledgeable. We had an extremely nice experience and will be returning!
Such a nice experience with Designer Gold this afternoon. They changed a very tricky watch battery on the spot ($17). They even took the extra step and verified the old battery was the problem. I'll surely be back!
