Made an appointment for him to come over on a Sunday afternoon to measure. Made us wait around on our Sunday afternoon but never came. Didn't answer calls or messages. In fact we are still waiting for a phone call or message to explain what happened. Wanted glass pool fencing installed on the South Coast which is a fair distance from Kingswood so would understand if he didn't want the job. However, was told he would travel to do the installation.
