This was supposed to be a positive first experience for my home, but it turned into a 6 month+ ordeal of lies and unprofessional conduct. Management is completely lacking in integrity or customer service skills. I was sent the wrong chair twice, ignored for weeks, and even yelled at and interrupted on the phone. Most concerningly, they attempted to enforce a 25% restocking fee when I tried to cancel due to their own failure to fulfill the order. What seems like a good experience can turn very bad. The original shopping experience was good like other people have said, but as others have also commented on you are in trouble if anything goes wrong! The delivery guys were very rushed and in the process of bringing the sofa down the stairs they put a hole in the wall and scrapped various other areas. Then I had to tell them how to change how they were doing it to actually get it into basement. An embarrassed look from them and then they couldn't leave quick enough. When ... read more
