This was supposed to be a positive first experience for my home, but it turned into a 6 month+ ordeal of lies and unprofessional conduct. Management is completely lacking in integrity or customer service skills. I was sent the wrong chair twice, ignored for weeks, and even yelled at and interrupted on the phone. Most concerningly, they attempted to enforce a 25% restocking fee when I tried to cancel due to their own failure to fulfill the order.
