What seems like a good experience can turn very bad. The original shopping experience was good like other people have said, but as others have also commented on you are in trouble if anything goes wrong! The delivery guys were very rushed and in the process of bringing the sofa down the stairs they put a hole in the wall and scrapped various other areas.
