Good news! UPDATE... The owner met with me, and agreed that the salesman had missed that I was adamant about what I had ordered. They asked me to sign a waiver that I would not complain that the cushions were going to be fixed and made removable (against their recommendation).They said they have had issues with customers asking for my request and then complained about it! We are there customers for years, we are happy for quality of the furniture and services. I received sofa few days ago and I am very happy for quality of sofa and delivery service was awesome, 2 gentleman who delivered sofa they were very helpful and patient
This company is a disgrace to work with. I went to them looking for a couch and Eugene had garenteed to have my couch made and delivered by the 3rd week in November; one month from giving a deposit. The week of agreed delivery arrives and so does a blatant lack of communication and disregard for our WRITTEN CONTRACT. 3 additional weeks continue by with lies and very little interaction from them.
