Good news! UPDATE... The owner met with me, and agreed that the salesman had missed that I was adamant about what I had ordered. They asked me to sign a waiver that I would not complain that the cushions were going to be fixed and made removable (against their recommendation).They said they have had issues with customers asking for my request and then complained about it!
