Gabriel is amazing! I’ve been coming to this optical store for a while to repair and adjust my glasses, and the service is always excellent. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful with eyeglass repairs, frame adjustments, and eyewear maintenance. If you’re looking for the best place to fix your glasses with fast, reliable, and friendly service, I highly recommend Gabriel.
Sandra Wiatrowski was incredibly helpful in guiding us through choosing the perfect lenses. She showed so much patience throughout the entire process and was genuinely kind and attentive. We truly appreciate all of her help and support, she made the experience smooth and enjoyable for us.
BUYERS BEWARE. These people are absolutely the most incompetent and asinine people that you will every encounter. Even after telling me to pick up my glasses 5 different times they and every time that I came back they had a different excuse as to whg they had not corrected them. This last time that I came to pick them up the store manager finally comes from the back and tells me that they needed me to come back yet again because they did not take proper instructions the first 5 times. Excellent service and product variety from Designer Eyes at Aventura. Gabriel and Tatiana were outstanding, always friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone to visit if you’re looking for exclusive sunglasses and familylike attention!
