Juana Vega was amazing. Not only provided us with great customer care but she helped us to get our prescription glasses even outside the state since we were traveling back home the same day. She has been very responsive and professional throughout this entire process. I highly recommend her without hesitation.
Highly recommend this store, the best from all the optical stores in Aventura Mall. Very knowledgeable optician, friendly and helpful staff, great selection of frames and sunglasses.
I brought my sunglasses into their aventura store to get tightened because they were falling off my face. They took my name and phone number and told me to come back in 20 minutes. They called me back in 20 minutes to tell me that my sunglasses snapped in half while they were tightening them but to not worry because they were sending them to their jeweler for repair.
