Both service and support were of high standard and very responsive to queries. The Tiny house was delivered earlier than expected and set up and everything tested at handover. Overall I would recommend this company for your future Tiny house.
We purchased our tiny home from Eco Tiny Homes a couple of years ago and, initially, our experience was excellent. The team at the time were helpful, responsive and the build quality appeared great, which is why this review is disappointing to write. Unfortunately, since the company changed ownership, our experience has been completely different. We were really happy with the process, from customising the tiny to our needs, to the build, delivery and connection, and it was done with a can-do attitude and clear communication. Jesse had a reliable group of tradies that got the job done. They were able to move the tiny into a really tight spot which was a feat in itself! We had an issue with the spot where the tiny was original planned to be on our property which caused some delays but they were rectified promptly by Jesse.
