The worst and extremely poor work carried out by this extremely poor unacceptable excuse of a company. Reported the continuous problems with the door from day 1. Their maintenance guy called told me and showed poorly the door was fitted. After 10 days the major problems still on-going phoned this inept company, everyone of my calls we're not answered (ignored) used a friend's phone to call. Had a sunroom built 2 yrs ago. Have had a small list of problems since then. Tiles come off roof etc. Phoned, emailed….been put on list to sort it over a year and an half ago. No word from them! Disgusting customer service! Never again
A god awful service the guy that fitted the door was a clown that messed the all job up. All the sealant as come away from around the frame now as well within the first year the hall is freezing cold can not keep heat in it. Had them out twice to look at the problems last time the maintenance guy told me straight to my face if I phoned back again he would be refusing to come out. The quality of the window i recieved is awful. The window opening hinge was installed wrong, this meant that the window didn't open straight to the frame. For over 2 months I've been constantly contacting the office to have the hinges fixed. But my recent emails have been ignored with no response.
