The office in Saint John NB is awful service, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone My husband is still waiting after a year for his dentures and I am still waiting for my partial after a year we have both been approved for coverage. I don't think they know what they are doing at the Saint John NB location.
I am very pleased with the service I received. The denturist was pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. My new dentures look very nice and I only had to return once for a minor adjustment! Thanks for the great service!

Everyone I've dealt with are some of the nicest and most polite people I've ever come across in the medical profession! Asking to repeat things and re-explain certain procedures...etc, and not once did they hesitate to indulge my concerns and questions. All with a friendly smile and the warmest of dispositions. I have a few more appointments there and I will update my review accordingly if necessary. I wish all places had employees like this and establishments as clean and bright as this one does. After a long process where I had 2 different dentists doing the building of my new dentures, the final product didn't even fit. An even longer process took place to obtain a refund where a promised 3 week waiting period turned into a 3 1/2 month where nobody from Designer Dentures deemed necessary to give me one phone call (even though I called there a minimum of 30 times). NEVER AGAIN WILL I SET FOOT AT DESIGNER DENTURES
