Mostly positive things to say. Lorrie Punzalan is one of the nicest and most polite person I've ever dealt with in the medical profession! I kept asking her to repeat things and re-explain certain procedures...etc, and not once did she hesitate to indulge my concerns and questions. All with a friendly smile and the warmest of dispositions. I have a few more appointments there and I will update my review accordingly if necessary. I wish all places had employees like her and establishments as clean and bright as this one does.... read more
