UPDATE: Included email from the owner but basically accused my family and planner liars. Regardless, compare the pics. That alone says PLENTY!! While this review should be 5 star, I’m extremely upset that it’s not. My wedding was 10/17 on a Sunday, just before football started. When the cake was delivered, the people who brought the cake were extremely rude. Very professional they make you feel welcome right from the door.they live up to their name, the cake are very delicious. Mandy is the best, she answer every question we ask. our cake was the talk of the night.
This place is owned by a bunch of crooks. We ordered 2 face cakes for my husband's 30th birthday party, and we were given inedible cakes. They were dry and dense. When we called to get a refund, the managers were never available nor did they ever return our MULTIPLE calls. When you pay over 100$ for a cake, you expect good customer service and the decency of the company to assuage a situation when a product is given, not as it was presented. My Wedding Cake( Orange Marmalade ) and then my Daughters ( Pineapple ) both Fabulous! I have since then bought the OM in the Bungt Cake with the Cream Cheese Icing again Fabulous!!! Yummy
The cake was beautiful and delicious. The only downfall was I ordered the cake 3 weeks in advance and received a call the day that I was suppose to pick-up the cake up that it was not going to be ready at the requested time. Thank goodness, we delayed the event for a few hours.
We ordered a wedding cake and grooms cake from the addision location. We spent dam near 1000 dollars for two cakes. on our wedding day they delievered our cakes which my wife saw the grooms cake which was completly wronge we ordered a butter cream and red velvet cake with chocolate drizzle, but we received a double chocolate, double fudge. she then tells them that the cake is completly wrong so what they do is look at the contract and then just drive off, instead of trying to fix the problem or say atleast they are sorry. so... read more
