Very happy with service. Nothing too much trouble.
The company just emailed me and said that they would not be doing alterations anymore. $3000 for a dress I can't wear. Go somewhere that offer full service.
I had come from another appointment when I walked in but We were open to trying new styles and different dresses. We pulled all the dresses ourselves. Our assistant gave no help other than putting the dress on me. Until of course we showed interest in one. She and the manager pushed me pretty hard to buy it, despite me asking to be taken out of the dress multiple times. I can not recommend designer bridal house enough! They have the most amazing dresses in every size imaginable! The store is gorgeous and intimate and the focus is 100% on you. So happy I said yes to my dress here ❤️
From the minute I walked into DBH I knew it was the place that I would find my dream dress. Behind the pink door is bridal dress heaven! Mona was just perfect and made the whole experience totally perfect and stress free. I loved that we were encouraged to take videos and photos. Especially as my family and bridesmaids are overseas, it was so nice to be able to show them and share my experience. Mona was really relaxed and accommodating in every way.
