Great place, really clean atmosphere and the people there are respectful and serious about working out. Not very crowded, every machine you can think of including free weights. This gym is my number one go to, and I tell everyone about it. Number one selling point is it being 24 hours, while Koles doesn't open until 0630. This is my kind of gym. Lots of free weights. Not super crowded. People are friendly but serious about working out. Reasonably priced. Very clean. I wish I had found it sooner!
