Ordered 2 arrangements and they were delivered on time and looked FABULOUS
Horrible experience. Do not order from here. Paid extra for expedited delivery so flowers would arrive before a coworker’s shift ended—delivery came after she had already left. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication. Multiple emails requesting a status update were ignored, and repeated phone calls went unanswered and straight to voicemail. This bouquet of flowers arrived slightly wilted. I was also disappointed in the size.
Don't order if you want to enjoy your flowers. I was sent a beautiful arrangement, so I didn't know it was coming. It was delivered after 9 pm and the driver didn't ring the doorbell (I checked my camera to confirm) so the flowers were out overnight in very cold weather. I only noticed them the next morning and this photo is what they looked like an hour after I brought them inside. I called the shop to let them know a week ago and didn't get a response. This is a $100 gift I threw right in the trash.
