They came right out to measure for shutters and they told us 6-8 weeks for delivery. We're now in week 12 and ever since the initial order they have been a nightmare to contact. I call at least once or twice a week with never a return call and if I do happen to get them to pickup I always get told I need to speak to another person that isn't available and that they'll call me back.
