Designer Blinds sorted everything from permits to installation making it truly hassle-free experience for us as customers.
The blinds make our outdoor area more private without feeling closed in which was exactly what we wanted.
They started off great came out straight away measured we paid in full they came out to fit our awning which was electric with a internal sensor, how ever when the fitter come out to fit up the sensor did not fit so just left it on site and said the office will be in touch with us, that was last April after 20 emails 20 phone calls to which they couldn’t be bothered to answer any, we had to go to fair trading ,then in August, we had a phone call and said that they would source and fix the sensor we are now in November and ye... read more
The blinds exceeded expectations for quality
Warning : Do not engage this company. I have never had to write a negative review before, but this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. we are stil waiting for our sensor install and this has been ongoing since March 2025. We have been to fair trading and this prompted them to attend and review in August 2025. But to date we are still waiting for any one to get back to us.
