It took this company nearly 4 months after paying 50% deposit to complete my job. 3 times they incorrectly measured the blind after accepting payment. Very unprofessional and appalling communication throughout the ordeal. Totally not worth the stress.
WARNING!! Please stay away from this company friends, about 2-3 weeks ago we had automatic blinds installed in our garden from them, I wish I had researched, I wish I had read these comments first, there are so many customer complaints, if I had seen these, I would never have gone near them. Please do not approach this company, they take the money and do not do the job properly. We were disgraced with our money. We paid an expensive fee and they did a very bad job. We made the payment in one go without any problems during the payment process. They answer the phone until the job is done, then they do not answer. Great blinds and installation service until there is a problem and all contact numbers go to voicemail with no call backs. I called every second day for over a week. We had a special event on at home and thanks to their failure to respond all the guests had to ensure poor weather. If I had my time back I would spend more money with a company that responds when you call.
Professional, friendly, and the awning is perfect for our deck. Highly recommend.
