Very poor workmanship and the worst after sales support in the market! They installed my blinds by putting the crank outside! That means when it is raining, I will be trapped outside if I want to close the blinds down. Called the after sales support and always says she will bring the matter to the manager. 10months of pain chasing them but still nothing. Don’t ever engage with this company
Designer Blinds and Plantations installed three eZip outdoor blinds. 16 months later the largest of the three blinds came out of the track on the right side as my wife pulled it down. We emailed the service department and they flatout refused to fix it under warranty.They basically blamed us for it happening and wanted to charge us $250 for what is literally a 5 minute job to feed it back into the top of the guide. Not impressed after we spent many thousands getting them installed.
Everything was made so easy from selection of product to the installation Skilled sales staff and installers knew exactly what they were doing and were very polite Very happy with the overall look and effect of the product very high quality Highly recomended
Wow so glad john and rhyce came to our home to install our wonderful new blinds from sales rep Michael to the boys installing well done credit due.
Very expensive, workmanship in installation was terrible. Gap between brick and track wasn’t filled. Where they had to trim some moulding they butchered it. Haven’t had them long enough to work out if the blinds are good quality or not. But way too expensive for what they are. If I had my time again I would do more homework and shop around.
