Purchased a Cassa Design bath on the 10th October 2024 and was advised at the time that the bath was in stock with an ETA of 7-10 days. It was only after following up 2 weeks later that I was informed that the bath was actually not in stock. Did not receive the bath until the 18th November, over 5 weeks after placing the order. I have purchased from Designer Bathware 3 times renovating kitchen, Laundry and now Bathroom. While previously dealing with a girl named Maddison I couldn’t fault her service. Since coming to DB for my bathroom renovation I was dealing with a girl name Tayla. Initially she was nice, helped me place an order for literally everything. Tayla never mentioned that all orders are final, that there are no amendments or you will incur a restocking fee.
