I have bought many appliances over too many decades to share. This has been the very best experience ever. Knowledgeable and honest. I bought a Speed Queen Washer. Mason had given me so much information, there was no need to read the manual. WOW! He was well versed on many appliances not just the Speed Queen. And buying from them supports local businesses. I called the store several weeks ago and spoke with Mason, who was very helpful in answering questions about the Speed Queen Washer and Dryer set. Mason emailed the documentation from Speed Queen with all of the specifications for all models. After reviewing the documentation, we decided on the TR7 washer and the DR7 gas dryer. We agreed to their quote and we ordered the washer and dryer on a Friday and was installed on Monday.
