Designed To Move damaged many of by belongings and has been extremely unresponsive in providing any type of remedy. It has been 5 weeks since my move, and I have yet to see / hear any sincere apology or attempt to fix the situation. They scratched my wood floors and wood furniture, and told me they would "cut me a check for a couple of bucks to buy a wood repair marker to color over the wood." I will definitely use them when I move again. The movers got the job done pretty fast and they were polite. Everything arrived safe, and damage free. Overall, my move went great.
