Designed In Ink was amazing! They got a HUGE job done BEFORE a deadline and were nothing short of the best customer service in the valley! They did an amazing job with over 140 jerseys for our 2nd Annual Play For Cam basketball tournament, the event would not have been as successful without their wonderful work! Thanks again guys! I drive all the way from Camp Verde just to order from Designed In Ink. Love their work and they have a fast turn around.
My company ordered shirts for a charity event. The shirts were late and of low quality, but that's not the real problem. The problem is that the charity got a call from a collections attorney 5 months later for a balance that was never charged. They had my company CC on file and could have just billed the balance, which there shouldn't have been, since I gave them my card and was under the impression that I was paid in full.
