Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on the quality of the synthetic grass installation and, particularly, how they handled the problems afterwards. I paid approximately $8,200 for the installation. Initially there were visible joins/seams and issues with the finishing. Later, after rain, the area around the gutter/drain deteriorated and a very obvious joint became exposed. The worker who completed the job was friendly and professional, and this rating is not directed at him. Unfortunately, an issue developed about a week after the work was completed. I contacted the company for assistance, but received no help in resolving the problem. I am disappointed with the lack of after-sales support, especially considering the issue occurred so soon after installation
Tony was really prompt with communication and outlined all the options available very clearly. Turnaround time from agreement to installation was very impressive; everything was done within the fortnight. Roller shutters work perfectly well and I have no complaints with the quality. Tony and the D&D team were amazing and I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing roller shutters for their home.
We had our blinds installed this week by Dennis and Summah, and they did an amazing job. The installation was much quicker than we expected, they worked brilliantly as a team, and were both so friendly and professional. We can't wait to enjoy our new blinds throughout winter and summer. Thank you, Dennis, for all the helpful tips and advice—we really appreciated it and are very happy with the service.
My wife and I had the best experience with Designed and Done. Tony is a really honest good bloke, he is very calm and honest away about him. Very rare these days ..
