Tosha was very welcoming and has a warm personality. It was fun to chat with her while she did my daughter's hair. (She's someone I feel I'd be friends with lol) My daughter doesn't get easily excited but boy did she LOVE the scalp massage! I would highly recommend her skilled hands touch your hair
