Absolutely love our new seat covers! We added the Tiffin logo and they turned out great. We told them that we had a trip coming up and that we would really love to have them before we left, they got them to us in plenty of time to get them on before our trip.
Just got our captain chair covers for our 2019 Tiffin Open Road. I was so embarrasses the way the material was peeling and after much research and positive reviews, we decided to order ours from Designcovers. Now they look so beautiful and we are just so pleased with the appearance as well as the workmanship. Tony was so nice and even offered to install them. We will definitely recommend to our fellow RV’ers!
After sending pix of my RV seats, and verifying that they had the correct pattern, DesignCovers sent me seat covers not even close to the proper fit. It was like they sewed up a paper shopping bag (rectangular) and expected it to fit a tapered seat. Then they offered filler foam; pretty insulting. Next, they asked for lots of measurements, which I provided. Finally, they told me that I was back in the normal line (5-6 weeks wait) for replacements, no priority for me because of their screw-up. I ordered a car cover for my 1999 Porsche 911 Carrera and entered the correct year, make, and model during the ordering process. I expected to receive a cover designed specifically for my vehicle. Instead, I received what appears to be a generic "one-size-fits-all" cover. It was so large that it looked like it would fit a full-size four-door sedan, not a Porsche 911.
