After sending pix of my RV seats, and verifying that they had the correct pattern, DesignCovers sent me seat covers not even close to the proper fit. It was like they sewed up a paper shopping bag (rectangular) and expected it to fit a tapered seat. Then they offered filler foam; pretty insulting. I ordered a car cover for my 1999 Porsche 911 Carrera and entered the correct year, make, and model during the ordering process. I expected to receive a cover designed specifically for my vehicle. Instead, I received what appears to be a generic "one-size-fits-all" cover. It was so large that it looked like it would fit a full-size four-door sedan, not a Porsche 911. Outstanding experience. I ordered seat covers for a 2001 vehicle but received the wrong model. John promptly sent me a return shipping label and I sent them back. Since the vehicle is so old, John had the correct seat covers made and sent to me. The covers are great quality, comfortable, look good, and fit perfectly. Great product and customer service!
