I am very happy with DesignBy Kitchen-Window Shop. Beginning with the quote, ordering right up to the finishing of trim the experience was stress free and efficient. Mark, Chad, Amadea, Vernon and the install crew Rick, Ryan and Mike were friendly, informative, skilled and patient with a first time customer. Customer service is top notch with this crew and would recommend their product and service to anyone.
This kitchen reno was one of the easiest processes I have ever been through in terms of the sales process and installation! I braced myself for all kinds of things but this went so seamless. Designby and their team were amazing to work with and always stuck to timelines as well as transparency all the way through. Bryan, the installer, was so meticulous. He took his time and made sure every measurement was spot on. I couldn't have been happier with the finished product.
