I thought I was reading my own review reading the previous review on this site! We also wasted 9 months developing plans only for the quote to come in $500k over agreed budget. Communication was great for the first two appointments and became more and more dismal over time as they avoided returning our calls, and tried to deflect responsibility for delays. Terrible service, terrible outcome. We then went elsewhere and had a far more positive experience.
I wish there was an option for no stars! This company was more than happy to take our money, our ideas, our dreams and destroy our lives. They took 18months of our time, effort and then at then end when they came in almost 500k over our budget refused to allow us to buy our plans. I hope no one else ever has to deal with this horrible company who are down right thieves!!
