We had a great day with Michelle. She was early and we set off on our day together. She was a very good driver, she made sure we were settled and seated in every winery (even saved us seats in some places), and then picked us up. She also took photos for us too! She gave us interesting facts about the wineries and Traverse City and she was super personable. We loved our day with her and would definitely book again!
We’ve used Designated Driver TC for years!! We use them for private wine tours and could not be happier. Great communication and great driving. We’ll be back again!
I booked a November date on their website a week ago. Today I received a refund via email. No explanation, apology or courtesy call to explain why they canceled my reservation. I've used them twice before with great satisfaction and have given out so many recommendations for their service but this is completely unacceptable for a SERVICE organization to not give any explanation or apology for canceling a service booked on their website using their availability calendar.
An amazing service if you are visiting TC to explore one of the wine peninsulas! Very personable staff/drivers! You won't be disappointed.
Michelle drove our bachelorette group for a full day of touring all that the Old Mission Peninsula has to offer. We provided our desired itinerary and she helped us customize it to get the most out of our day. Michelle kept our group on time while also making sure we were able to experience as much as we could. As a bonus, she acted as our own personal photographer and took soooo many pictures of our group! We can’t wait to come back with more friends and family for another tour.
