I love going to Design Works for my hair. They are friendly and so very talented. The prices are very reasonable and I always get what I asked for, even if it is an odd request. I have been going there for years and received various services. I have tried others, out of curiosity or to use a gift card received, but I always come back to Design Works.

So I had my hair colored last week and I wanted it burgundy but it came out more red. I contacted the girl who did it to have it fixed and she flipped out on me. I have been going to the same stylist since 2008.and considered her a friend. I called the owner to get it fixed by another stylist and it came out closer to the color I wanted but they would not dry my hair unless I paid 25 dollars for the blowout so I left with wet hair.
