Great prices for herman miller chair. I called before i went to pick up my chairs. I understand that these chairs go out quick. Melanie was kind enough to hold two of the chairs when i got there the next day. I came all the way from LA to pick up these chairs. I was there when almost all of the chairs were pick out on the floor and sold out immediately. Melanie was kind and helpful. next time if I need to purchase more furniture, ill come here again. The staff were very helpful and great customer service.
Even at 70% it’s still overpriced and too expensive.
My review is going to be based on a single premise. An upscale retailer's/brand's outlet should not offer items in a condition that would rival a Goodwill or Salvation Army store. I went to the store recently for probably the third and final time. This latest visit, like every previous visit I've made, was preceded by wishful thoughts of finding a slightly scratched or worn DWR piece at a great deal.
