Amir always treats us with such kindness when we're looking for furniture and if he doesn't have it on hand, he will customize and/or order it for you. We've been very happy with all our purchases. Fantastic customer service and great value, with so many current design styles.
Amazing customer service!!!! Love Stephanie and Amir they went above and beyond to help my family get exactly what we wanted!!!! They searched and found my style of couches and dining table. Not like other furniture stores that don’t go to this level anymore! Highly recommend!
We went in to browse and found a beautiful sofa that turns into a queen bed at an affordable price. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helped us pick between our options that we liked. Definitely would recommend my friends and family to ask for her.
This 5 star review is not just on their product...but, most importantly, on their customer service. In 2021 we bought a sectional from the store in Santa Clarita and had it delivered to our new home in Ventura County. We loved the sectional, but after about a year, we had a small problem with one of the pieces. Since we had bought the extended warranty, we were told to contact the warranty company directly.
