NOT the Best place to shop. The salesman treated my wife like dirt, and we spent a small fortune on furniture and when it came finally after sitting in some warehouse for weeks, it was nothing like the store model comfort-wise. I would tread very carefully if you shop here. It's a risk not worth taking.
Good products, but customer service has been severely lacking. Worked with Amir initially but him and his team have failed to communicate updates or rationale for a month delay of delivery after an initial four week timeline. Amir and his team do not call back after repeated attempts and requests for clarification. It’s been incredibly frustrating working with A Royale Suite especially after a family history of furnishing from them, I no longer would recommend them to anyone.
Amir always treats us with such kindness when we're looking for furniture and if he doesn't have it on hand, he will customize and/or order it for you. We've been very happy with all our purchases. Fantastic customer service and great value, with so many current design styles.
Amazing customer service!!!! Love Stephanie and Amir they went above and beyond to help my family get exactly what we wanted!!!! They searched and found my style of couches and dining table. Not like other furniture stores that don’t go to this level anymore! Highly recommend!
We went in to browse and found a beautiful sofa that turns into a queen bed at an affordable price. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helped us pick between our options that we liked. Definitely would recommend my friends and family to ask for her.
