Worked with a few folks to purchase several items and everyone was very helpful - sending photos and helping to arrange shipping. A special shout to Brendan who was exceptionally helpful. Inspecting items carefully to make sure we were aware of any damage, and helping us pick the best ones. When scratches were found on an item - he even touched it up with a stain pen and walked me thru how to do it on my own. He went above and beyond and we are so pleased with our purchases!
We are thankful of the assistance provided by Ivan and his team. He is very knowledgeable and customer focused. If you need to stop by be sure to ask for him first!
I wouldn't call these "outlet" prices, but they have a good amount of random stuff and if you've the means of transport, then worth checking out to save a couple bucks off the absurd MSRP markups.

Many of the reviews of this place are coming at it with unrealistic expectations and a misunderstanding of how it works. You have to think of it more like a DWR flea market than a full service store. We come here regularly just to see what there is, and if you find something, you have to be ready to take it then and there. From how it is structured I can see that anyone trying to do anything online/over the phone will not get a good result.
